How does the tiered commission work?
Your commission rate is based on how many plans you sell each month. Sell 1-14 plans and earn 10%. Sell 15-49 plans and earn 20%. Sell 50 or more and earn the maximum 30%. Your rate applies to every sale you make that month.
What is the points system?
Every $1 in direct sales earns you 1 point. Points determine your affiliate level (Sales Associate, Trainer, Senior Trainer), which unlocks override bonuses from your team's sales. You also need 3,500 points per year to qualify for renewal commissions.
